Walter Bell was born in Pensacola, Florida to Wilson and Dicey Bell on February 12, 1929. He spent his childhood working on his family farm. At the age of 19 he enlisted in the Army and served during the Korean War. After his military service, Walter Bell settled in Boston, MA. He supported his growing family as a long-haul trucker for decades. After retiring, Walter worked to give back to his community through service and volunteered for non-profits. He remained active and in relatively good health into his 90s. Walter Bell died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 92. Walter leaves to mourn his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
