Valerie's careers consisted of customer service and retail both which she pursued for many years. Some of the things she enjoyed in her youth was basketball, double dutch and softball.
Valerie was a mother to (6) girls and loving grandmother to all of her grandchildren and an amazing caring sister, aunt and wife. Known to be the life of the party and well respected amongst family and friends. She was good no matter where she went because she always kept it real. Valerie was loved by many and could really turn a party up. "The flyest thing walking back in the day" from what I heard. She truly loved her family and always had some wild phrases like "meanwhile back at the ranch", don't pull up a chair and rent space in my head" and as we all know "and I mean it". Things she enjoyed to do was spend time with her grandchildren and listening to music nd in her words "drop it like it's hot" while dancing.
