Tyrone Deon Christian

Tyrone Deon Christian was born May 20, 1964 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Mr. Robert C. & Josephine Christian. Ty was 18 months old when his parents relocated to Boston in 1965. He was the oldest of 3 children born. 

God called Tyrone to eternal rest on Saturday April 3, 2021. He leaves with cherished memories 2 sons Keion R. Heywood, Hakeem A. Christian, and one daughter Shayna A. Christian of Boston, MA. Two sisters Tina M. Christian and Robin E. Christian of Boston, MA. Eight Aunts Juanita, Mary (MO) Anna Jr., Minnie (Tony), Julia (Anthony), Grace (Keith), Wanda (Frederick), GeoDonna, and one uncle Jackie (Betty). A host of relatives and friends.

Ty valued time with his family, especially his two sisters Tina & Robin. He adored them whole heartedly. The three were almost inseparable. But most of all he was a proud father of 3. Keion, Hakeem, and Shayna cherished their father back.  Ty was a 6’2 fashion icon who always took pride in his appearance. But it will be that infectious laugh we will always remember to help warm our hearts in his memory. 

Tyrone worked in the insurance field for over 35 years. He started with The Travelers Insurance company, then moved on to Brennan Insurance Co. in Somerville. He also worked with Kunevich and Lau for a few years before moving on to AAA Auto co for the remainder of his life. Many of the people he met within his field he was able to remain close friends with. 

Tyrone was proceeded in death by his grandparents Ellis and Emma Christian, J.C and Anna B. Moore and parents Robert C. and Josephine M. Christian.
