Stephanie Skeen Folarin, 51, was born June 6, 1970, in Boston, Massachusetts to Catherine Day and Edward Skeen.
Stephanie departed this life on Saturday October 2, 2021.
Stephanie could not stay still, she was always on the go. Not a day pass that Stephanie wasn’t on the move. She could cuss you out from one end of the street to the next, and then fight someone else for you because they looked at you wrong.
Stephanie’s laugh could be heard from miles away. Her smile and laughter was often described as infectious. She would smile through the pain she faced. Lastly, Stephanie wouldn’t be Stephanie without her most famous saying, “I’m alright, if you’re alright”
She is preceded in death by her father Edward and her best friend Dougie.
Stephanie leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Catherine Day, daughters Joy Skeen and Ashley White (Son in Law, Lazarus White), Two grandsons Zachariah and Zaydan, one sister, Sonia Skeen, one brother, Sean Skeen, one nephew Donnell Skeen, and an array of nieces.
Stephanie will be missed dearly.
