Salim Latif Abdul Rahman of Roxbury October 7, 2014. Beloved brother of Frances M. (Waithe) Bernat. Dear uncle of Deborah S. Bernat, David S. Bernat Keith E. Waithe, Michael A. Waithe, Sr. and Michelle Y. Waithe Ross. He leaves many extended family members and dear friends. Graveside service Wednesday at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge departing the Davis Funeral Home 89 Walnut Ave., Roxbury at 11 AM. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Wednesday at 2 PM at the Museum of the National Center of Afro-American Artists, 300 Walnut Ave., Roxbury.
