Regina Lavette Canzater affectionately known as "Tiny", born in Boston Massachusetts on April 16, 1965, was born to Robert and Beatrice Canzater. On August 31st, 2021, Regina departed this earthly life after a battle with Cancer.
Regina graduated from Boston Technical High School and then furthered her education at Bay State College where she graduated with an associate degree in Travel Tourism. She later began her career as a reservationist for Eastern Airlines. After her tenure with Eastern Airlines she was gainfully employed by Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates from 1987- 2007 as referral and authorization coordinator.
Regina had a love for family outings to Foxwoods, shopping, and special interest in self-care. Regina had a contagious laugh and an even betterĀ·side eye. When her health began to decline, she exhibited absolute strength, positivity and perseverance; through it all she never lost her wit and smile.
Regina is survived by and leaves to mourn, her children Dana and Bryanna Valentine, her parents Robert and Beatrice Canzater, her sisters Cheryl Canzater-Boyd, Ladonna (Tee) Hampton, and Sasha (Bobbie) Canzater, her nephews Greg Canzater, Cameron Hampton and her very first grandchild, Dallas Valentine born on August 25, 2021. She also leaves behind a host of loving relatives, friends and her beloved dog Rocky.
Regina will always be remembered as one of the sweetest souls.
Grief, I've learned, is just love. It's all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eye, the lump in your throat, and that hollow part of your chest. Greif is just love with no place to go. -Jamie Anderson
