Philomene St. Louis

Philomene (Ti Cille) Ste.Lurcille St. Louis, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Philomene was born on September 6, 1937 to Mystere St. Louis of Duval and Rosela Noel Jeune of Marin. Philomene was known to be a hard working woman who spent her life rasing her children. She was also known as an excellent cook and a loving and kind human being to many. She is survived by her sister, Fleurette St. Louis, 9 children, many grand and great grandchildren. Philomene had 12 children of whom 3 died. Philomene left Haiti in 2000 at the age of 63. Her goal was to save all of her children from a failing country. She worked hard and became a U.S. Citizen and was able to bring 5 of them here.
