Obituary

John Richard Jackson was born April 23, 1957. on Loring air force base in limestone Maine, to Jean E. Hoyt and John Jackson. he moved to Boston Massachusetts in 1961. John attended Boston Trade school. He graduated from Gibbs college in 2006  with a degree in computer science. John had a love for technology and music, he taught himself to play the guitar and enjoyed listening to old school music. He worked in computer programming for many years before changing his job to security for North East Security. John was also a member of a Masonic lodge in Cambridge Mass. to his family he was known as Bug, a childhood name that stuck with him throughout the years and he was called by all his nieces and nephews. John was a strong Private man even up to his very last days. John was preceded in death by both his parents Jean E Hoyt and John Jackson Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory, his life partner of 40+ years Edith Mclaurin, siblings; William Jackson and Effie Jackson, Linda Taylor, Sheila Jackson, Timothy Jackson, Janet Jackson and Monique Brooks. A host of nieces and nephews, friends and extended family.
