Harold V. Alston, of Dorchester, August 10, 2016. Beloved husband of Joyce A. Alston of Dorchester. Dear father of Shelton Person and Desmond Lewis and Step-father of Walter Holmes, Patricia Holmes-Lewis, Tonya and Carole Holmes and the late Barbara Holmes. He leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends. Visiting with the family Monday 5-7 PM at Davis Funeral Home, 654 Cummins Hwy, Mattapan. Funeral Service Tuesday at 10AM at Roxbury Presbyterian Church, 328 Warren St, Roxbury. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
