Chameise Few Obituary

Chameise Few also known as “Mama Bear” was born on April 28th, 1992 in Boston, Massachusetts to Maleaka Few and the late Sedi Daniels. She was the first-born child and the first grandchild

Chameise being the first-born child and first grandchild she was spoiled rotten and her personality was nothing short of being the boss. She had an infectious smile that would light up a room. As a child she loved to color and draw, her hands were always busy, and she was full of life and creativity.

At a early age Chameise learned to become independent, which molded her to become responsible and resilient. Chameise loved being a big sister to Jahmia and a big cousin to all her younger cousins who looked up to her. She was the ringleader of the crew along with her late uncle Rashawn.  Chameise was very protective and loving when it came to her family.

Chameise attended Boston Public Schools from kindergarten until 2009. On February 19, 2009, Chameise became a mother for the first child Amahry. Instantly her life became dedicated to being the best mom she could be, Amahry rarely left her side. Her role as a mother was one that she took very seriously. She would later give birth to two additional beautiful children; Madison and October (Toby). Chameise was very nurturing and smothered her children with affection.   She was very active in her children’s education and well-being, she made sure her kids lacked for nothing.

She loved outings and spending quality time with her Fiancé Chris and their girls. The beach was her favorite, however hours spent at the library or random dinner dates happened often. Chameise held all the traits of a true Taurus, intelligent, hardworking, stubborn like a bull but always kept a go getter spirit.

Chameise unexpectedly passed away On May 29, 2020. Our Bookie, our Meisey love, Mama bear will be greatly missed.  She leaves to mourn her three beautiful daughters Amahry, Madison and October. Her mother Maleaka; sister Jahmia; nephew Jameil; fiancé Chris; grandparents Pamela Few and Mary Daniels; uncle Jamaine; aunts Mimi, Kia, Gemma and Gina; cousins Jamari, Jamayah, Jamaine Jr., Jayden, Kemaine, Julian-Jamaine, Miyaunghi and Rayshawn Jr.  She also leaves extended family and dear friends.
