Beloved mother of Tricia Elam Walker of Dorchester, Harry "Jay" Elam, Jr. of Redwood City, CA and Jocelyn Perron of Prince George's County, MD. Dear sister of Sidney Clark of Avon, CT. She leaves six grandchildren and a host of extended family and dear friends. The family will receive friends at a memorial service on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 4 PM St. Mark Congregational Church, 200 Townsend Street, Dorchester. A Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Omega, Omega Service will begin at 3:30 PM immediately prior to memorial service. To celebrate Barbara's love of books, the service will include a book exchange.
