Father of Anthony Smalls, Jessica McNeil, Latifah Smalls, Darius Gulley-Smalls, Tevin Smalls, Khadijah Gulley-Smalls, Kanikka Gulley-Smalls, Nykema Gulley-Smalls and Aaliyah Smalls. Dear son of Mr. and Mrs. Tommie and Ernelle Smalls, Jr. Brother of Mark Williams, Jessie Mae Smalls-Dudley, Vernelle Smalls-Cardona (Eddy), Thomas S. Smalls, Calvin Smalls, James J. Smalls (Elisha), Thomasina A. Smalls and Sophia J. Smalls. He is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
