Dear father of Pamela L. and Miranda J. Wiggins,  Nadina W. Mitchell, Willie, Jr., Marcus, Khyam and Mibsam Wiggins, Almitra Merlesena, Shemida, Lydia, Ella, Ariel, Karima, Elika and Shaquille Wiggins. Dear brother of Bernice Stokes of Boston. He is survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family and dear friends.
