Stephan Rudder of Boston, originally from Trinidad, West Indies was born on October 10, 1936, and passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

He is survived by his wife Daphne and three children, Michael Rudder, Sonja Spears and Roy Rudder, as well as one brother, Robert Rudder and two sisters, Anna Trotman and Virginia Patterson.

His wake will be at Davis Funeral Home, 654 Cummins Highway, on Thursday April 23, 2026 from 6-8p.m. Funeral services will take place on Friday April 24 at St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church, 239 Harvard Street, Cambridge. Viewing will be from 10:15 to 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
