Ruby L. Neely, 87 of Boston, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2015. Beloved mother of Carla Y. Hightower of OH, Kathy A. Neely, Phyllis Neely, and Michael R. Neely all of Boston. Devoted grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Dear sister of Emma Jean Cylar of AL. She is also survived by a Loving host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Ezekiel C. Neely and son Gregory Maurice Neely.
