Nemesio Anthonio Serrano was born in Trujillo Alto Puerto Rico on August 28th, 1945. To birth parents Teresa Nieves Serrano and Antonio Nemesio Serrano. He married Gloria Fuentes Serrano at the young age of 18 to whom birthed 6 children. Junito, Wilfredo, Octavio, Nemesio, Gloria, and Daniel Serrano.

He spent the last of his final years with life partner Tracy Moore who birthed to him Mikaela Serrano Moore.

Nemesio or as his close friends would call him (Tony), lived life on his own terms. Though he had faith in God he did not believe in the constitution of church. He believed a man's worth was measured by God by the actions he took. Nemesio enjoyed bicycling, spending time with friends, gardening, and drinking a nice beer by the window. He was a simple man, everyone who knew him loved him and his humor and his helpfulness. Nemesio Serrano will be missed by all the lives he touched, and all the lives he touched will no doubt miss his laughter, smile and stories. Please don't cry for our father instead smile look up to the sky and remember him with a  kind heart.
