Michael Steven Parks was born November 30, 1960 in Erie Pennsylvania to the late Alice Parks - Brown.  Micheal was raised in Farrell Pa, attending the Farrell School System until 1972 when he moved to Boston Ma and graduated from Boston High. After high school, he would have a few Jobs until he joined the Tunnels Worker Union Local 88 and worked for Front Line Inc. until is passing.

Michael met and married Lisa Parks and from that marriage they formed a blended family of 1 daughter and 3 sons.

Michael enjoyed reading, cooking, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Michael had the biggest smile and the biggest heart.

Left to cherish his memory is his devoted Wife: Lisa Parks one daughter: Chiffon Cozart.; two sons: Lee Young and Michael Parks Jr.; Two brothers: Anthony Parks (wife: Charlyn); Tracy Parks Sr:  two sisters-in-law Jacqueline and Lynette; Nine grandkids; Five uncles and two aunts who was so very special to him along with a host of extended family and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother Alice Holden, grandmother Daisy Parks, mother Alice Parks and Son Maurice Parks.
