Melvin Antwan Booker, son of Anissa Booker and Dennis Torrence was born on June 1st, 1991 in Boston, Massachusetts and departed life on September 9th, 2024.
Melvin received his High School Diploma at English High in Boston Massachusetts and Bachelor's Degree at Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Melvin Devoted most of his life to playing football. He played on his high school's team, Big Blue, then went on to play for the Hawks at Becker College where he was known as "Bear," if you know, you know. Melvin even went on to play Semi- Pro Football for Buffalo Blitzes.
If you knew Melvin, he had a host of jobs. His pride and joy was On The Clock (O.T.C). Melvin took pride in helping not only his clients, but the community as a whole to become healthier and grow stronger. Melvin volunteered anywhere and everywhere from youth centers to elderly homes to ensure everyone had the opportunity to live a little longer. he led a life of service.
Melvin was engaged to be married to Ashley Jean-Francois. Together, they created two beautiful baby boys: Marcus Frantz Booker and Myles Antwan Booker. They were Melvin's pride and joy. He was a loving and devoted partner and father.
Melvin is preceded in death by his brother, Paris G. Booker, grandfather, Isaac Bishop, and godfather, Kevin Gains.
The life and memory of Melvin shall live and be remembered by his fiancé Ashley Jean-Francois, his children, Marcus Frantz Booker and Myles Antwan Booker, his grandmother, Sonia Booker, his parents, Anissa Booker and Dennis Torrence , his siblings, Chelsea, Anissa, Shondrea, and Jeffery Booker, his nephew, Paris Booker, his nieces Elizabeth-Grace Fleurant and London Lee Legrand, and family etched from love, the Nathans, Chris Schwarz, the Veals, the Murrays and the Sabo Marchettis, as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and deeply devoted friends.
