Mary Campbell, 68, of Boston, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born on August 5, 1957, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Henry and Mattie Mae Campbell. She became known for her ability to bring laughter and light wherever she went. Her humor, quick wit, and warm presence made her deeply loved by all who knew her.

She found happiness in the simple moments of everyday life. She cherished shopping outings with loved ones, always finding joy in discovering something unique. She also loved cooking and was known for preparing meals that brought everyone together. She enjoyed listening to her R&B classics, watching her favorite soap operas, following their stories closely, and sharing them with family. Mary will be remembered for her humor, kindness, and the warmth she extended to everyone she met. She had a gift for lifting spirits, and her presence brought comfort and joy to many.

She is survived by her daughters, Latonia Lyes and Tkeyha Campbell; her five grandchildren, Anaiza Lyes, Aneres Lyes, Sofia Campbell, Kayden Byron, and Bella Alexander; her six sisters, Earlene Campbell, Dorothy Campbell, Minnie Valmond, Idaie Campbell, Estella Campbell, and Gail Campbell; her two brothers, James Campbell and Kenneth Campbell; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Campbell and Mattie Mae Campbell; her brother, Lethelbert Campbell; and her sister, Lizella Jones.

Mary's laughter, warmth, and loving spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her. She will be deeply missed and always remembered with love.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, 11:00 am at Davis Funeral Home in Boston.
