Lorin Demetrius Ware (Elliott) was born on Friday, January 20, 1978, in Boston, Massachusetts to Sylvia Marie Ware and Curtis Elliott (Fox); He was the oldest of twins and a father of two. After graduating high school, he joined the Painters and Allied Trades D.C. 35 and became a journeyman painter before becoming disabled. Lorin was a father who did his best to make sure his kids were loved and supported, involving himself in every aspect of their lives, where allowed. He was always there for his children regardless of the limitations and challenges he may have faced, and his presence was always felt through phone calls and unexpected visits. Always determined, he made sure to keep up with the important milestones in Loresha's life while acknowledging the difficulties he had with being unable to build a relationship with his son, Alexander, and the part he himself played. Regardless of the obstacles, he made sure he supported his child(ren) emotionally and financially and did what he could at a respectful distance. He co-parented with understanding and was always cognizant of the differing dynamics. With Lorin, you saw what you got, and he handled things he cared about in his own way; although his methods were unorthodox his character spoke volumes. Quiet yet thoughtful, he will be forever loved and missed. He was preceded in death by his parents and survived by his two children, Loresha Shaheed and Alexander Williams, sisters Terri Marie, Kelli Anne, Mia Edge, Bridgette, and a twin brother, Lee. He is also survived by a host of other family members and friends.
