Leice Jean Banks was born on July 28, 1955, to Alice V. (Banks) Hall and Samuel Burton Sr. in Anderson, South Carolina. Leice grew up in Boston, MA, and resided in Westwood, MA, with her husband of many years, Ernest Williams, until her final day on August 21st, 2025. She attended Boston Public Schools and worked in various roles. She worked for 32 years at NSTAR and recently worked at the American Red Cross for over 10 years.

Leice loved to laugh and spend time with family, cooking amazing food, and sharing it with others! She loved to be on the move, visiting her favorite stores (TJ Maxx), playing the lottery, and selecting the best produce at Stop & Shop.

Leice is preceded in death by her mother, Alice Hall, and father, Samuel Burton Sr, step father John Hall, beloved sister Linda Faye Wynn, and Alice Marie Clark. She leaves behind her daughter, LaShanda Banks, and her husband, Ernest Williams. Her sister, Sandra A. (Banks) Bryant, and her two brothers, John C. Hall (Chanita Hall) and Robert G. Hall. She leaves behind her nephews, Larry Jr, Jordan, Derrick, Marshawn, Darnell, and Darrell; her nieces, Cassidy, Colby, Kendal, and Ariana; her brother-in-law, Larry Wynn Sr; Sister In Laws, Millie G. Williams, Diana Williams; her nephews, Benjamin Williams, Wesley Williams
