Kenneth C. Eaton, lovingly known as Kenny, "Big Twin," Pops, or Uncle Kenny, died peacefully on June 19, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on July 12, 1956, in Boston, Massachusetts, to the late Carnell and Gloria Eaton, Kenny was always an adventurous soul who loved the outdoors. He had a passion for fishing and other water activities like boating, kayaking, and canoeing. His other pursuits of joy included improving his skills with firearms or other weaponry, and also building or repairing things with his hands. His latest project was to convert a Sprinter cargo van into a functional RV in which he planned to travel the country. Kenny enjoyed restoring and selling bicycles, and his inventory at one time was over 30 bikes! A lover of dogs, there was never a time when he didn't have at least one and often two or more dogs in his care.

Before he graduated from the English High School in 1974, Kenny had already gained extensive experience and expertise in the trades as a welder and founding member of Eaton, Eaton and Eaton with his grandfather, Cornell Eaton, and twin brother, Kevin C. Eaton. They were one of the first ironworks firms to create artistic security grates for personal homes and companies throughout the Boston area. Much of their work from the 1970's is still functional and apparent to this day!

On July 1, 1984, Kenny married the love of his life, Joan V. Pack, and they continued to enjoy many years of companionship, devotion, laughter, and adventures until her death on October 12, 2023. Kenny enjoyed spending time with family and friends, relaxing and telling great stories while sharing a good meal. He was a kind, comedic, and fiercely loyal brother, father, cousin, uncle, and friend.

Kenny worked in the Procter & Gamble Quincy Plant, manufacturing soap products for several years, and then relocated to Los Angeles, CA, to work as an independent truck driver. He spent most of his career in California as a longshoreman until he retired in 2019.

Kenneth leaves to cherish his memory, his son Kenneth Flint, his siblings Kevin Eaton (Anna), Sharon Hinton (Marshall), Katani Sumner (Chris), the adult children of his siblings: Kandice, Kortney, Kristian and Dhakiya, his best friend Ruben Alvarado, along with a host of other beloved relatives and friends. His memory will live on in the stories we share, the smiles he inspired, and the quiet moments when we feel his presence, especially when traveling on the water.
