Obituary

Julia Toluwani Bradley blessed this world with her arrival on November 26, 2004 at 10am. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts to Charles and Tolulope "Tolu" Bradley. Sadly, Julia passed, in her sleep, on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

Julia attended Delphi Academy in Milton for Kindergarten through third grade. She attended Tucker Elementary for fourth and fifth grade. She was a student at Pierce Middle School for grades 6-8. Julia graduated from Milton High School in 2022 with several honors and awards. Julia played soccer throughout her primary education and played the Bass Clarinet for the high school band and often played tennis at Sportsman Tennis Club during the summers. Julia was also the President of the Recycling Club at Milton High and performed in a myriad of roles in school plays. She often attended Boston Church of Christ with her parents.

Julia was majoring in Community Health at Tufts University, class of 2026. With her degree, Julia aspired to improve healthcare access and help close the racial equity gap. She was also co-president of the Tufts' Wind Ensemble.

Julia loved playing Pyraminx and other board games and video games with her brother, Joshua and especially enjoyed calling him strange names like wompa and jawa. Her favorite sports teams included the New England Patriots, Boston Celtics, the US Women's Soccer team, Juventus and FC Barcelona. She also competed in fantasy football leagues. She was an avid Harry Potter fan and loved the Marvel Universe movies. Julia took great delight in baking cookies with "mystery" ingredients and gently encouraging her parents to go to bed by saying, "It's time".

Julia is survived by her parents Charles and Tolu Bradley, her brother Joshua Oreoluwa Bradley, maternal grandmother, Joy Adewumi, aunts and uncles: Kemi and Niyi Oluniyi, Yemisi Akinyode, Laide and Bode Esan,     Toyin and Bankole Adewumi, Seun and Gbenga Olarewaju, Lynda Bradley-Guerra, Susan Ifill, Lynell James and John Bradley as well as a host of cousins, devoted friends and loved ones.

Julia's gentle spirit, pure heart, and incisive brilliance will be remembered forevermore.
