Icilda Elizabeth Reid was 85 when she passed and was born on September 15, 1940, to parents Alexander and Claribell Reid in Elderslie, Jamaica.

There she went to school with her brothers and sisters at Elderslie Primary. Icilda had five other brothers and sisters who passed before her. She was married twice but always spoke fondly of her first husband. When she came to America, she went to La Newton hair school to acquire a license in cosmetology and hair dressing, which was located in Roxbury, MA. She then had a career change and decided to explore going to school to achieve her CNA/HHA license.

She spent the rest of her life becoming very passionate and respectable in her field as time went on.

Icilda is survived by her only daughter, Nicole, and grandchildren Diasia and Jayden.
