Gabe Benjamin Hearing, age 48, of Charlestown, Massachusetts, formerly of Brookline, sadly fell asleep in death on September 23, 2024 from natural causes. He was an only child. He struggled with health matters throughout his life. The last few years were especially difficult. He leaves behind his mother, Rochelle Hearing, also of Massachusetts, some relatives, and many close friends. Gabe was a nerdy, jovial person despite all the ailments and distresses this life had to offer him. Through all of it, Gabe loved making people laugh, both those who knew him and those he encountered along the way. What mattered most to him was making others feel loved and that their life mattered. He will be sorely missed by those who knew his heart. Gabe's father, John Hearing, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is deceased. As his mother I take comfort in that now he is free and safe in Jehovah's memory from where Gabe and I await his resurrection to life on this earth. As I look forward to holding him once again in my arms, I long to hear his expressions of what it feels like to be living in a totally healthy body on an earth cleansed from all negatives.
