Elizabeth Denise Banyan was a kind, funny, and warm-hearted woman whose fierce love for her family was the cornerstone of her life. On December 15, Denise peacefully departed this world at the age of 67.
Born on February 18,1957 in Brooklyn, NY to Richard and Beverly Banyan, Denise was known for her radiant spirit, compassion, and sense of humor. Her life was a testament to selfless love and unwavering devotion. As a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Denise raised her family with care, instilling in them the values of love, laughter, and strength.
Her greatest joys were her roles as a grandmother and great-grandmother, which she embraced wholeheartedly. Denise cherished these relationships, finding pride and happiness in every moment spent with her family.
She leaves behind two daughters, Tiesha Banyan; Dawnesha Batts; two grandchildren, Tykell Banyan; Mikayla Batts, and a great-grandson, Ashton Banyan. She also leaves behind siblings, Annette Crumpton, Arrin Banyan, Karen Frazier, and Shaun Banyan. Denise's memory will also live on through the many family members and friends who were touched by her warmth and generous spirit.
Denise's legacy will forever resonate in the hearts of those she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the light she brought into the world.
