It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Eddie Duane Jeter, Jr. on October 15th, 2024 at the age of 68. He was the eldest out of five children to the union of Mr. Eddie Jeter Sr. & Mrs. Darlene Jeter.

Casting his line

Born on May 20th, 1956 in Elyria, Ohio, Eddie Jeter spent his life to live according to his own terms. He was known for his unwavering support, kindness, and sense of humor. Whether it was his love for martial arts, deep sea fishing, oriental art, or simply wanting to always assist a friend in need.

Setting up his line

Throughout his career, at Waste Management and Jet-A-Way, a rubbish company started by his parents. Eddie developed a love for demolition, and Eagle Demolition, Inc was born. His business venture covered the greater Boston, and South Shore areas. He was known for his hard work, dedication, passion and doing everything with excellence.

Eddie was also characterized for his vibrant and energetic laugh, sarcasm, and burst of rejuvenating energy. Amongst his friends he was known the life of the party as his love for all types of music. Eddie was known for his love of deep sea fishing. Eddie lived a life full of excitement and purpose, and we hope that the memories we share today will help us feel closer to him even though he is no longer here with us physically.

Eddie Jeter was preceded in death by his father Eddie Jeter, Sr. and mother Darlene Jeter. He is survived by his beloved children, Darlene Jeter, Eddie Jeter, Nadea Mak and Dallas Jeter and grandchildren, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. He is also survived by siblings, Anthony Henson, Ronnie, Eric, and Jesse Jeter and host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.

Gone fishing

He will be deeply missed but will remain in our hearts forever. You may now continue to fly high and we pray you found a good fishing spot.
