Eddie Mae Howard (known as Edie), a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, was born on June 20, 1932, in Alberta, Alabama. She confessed Christ at an early age and joined the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Boykin, Alabama. Edie moved to Boston in the sixties. She later joined the New Hope Baptist Church where she served until her passing. Edie leaves to cherish and celebrate her life and memories, a caring daughter Helen Witherspoon and devoted son, Myron Howard, along with a host of relatives and friends.
