Obituary

Diane Curry Born December 17, 1954, in Boston Mass, was the daughter of Susan Curry & the late Gino Curry. She Transitioned Peacefully at home on Wednesday April 1, 2026, in Malden Mass after a long on and off again Battle with Cancer.

Growing Up in Boston Diane attended Boston Public Schools with her fondest memories at the Jeremiah E Burke high School for girls & attending Cosmetology School, you couldn't Tell her anything about hair. Being Baptized at Concord Baptist as a child and having a mother deep in faith Diane knew God, but she also discovered the Nation of Islam for a while before making a personal commitment Spiritually with God. After a few Hardships Diane set out to find herself again at Women Inc in Roxbury, where she gained a support of Sisterhood sisters that all fought together to find their way back to life and family & continue to hold each other up after 30 plus years. Diane was able to use her life experience in a career in Human Resources for over 20 years serving her community of Women & children & providing services putting them on a path to regain life after hardships. To know Diane is to Love her, as she will be Remembered for being the life of the party keeping everyone laughing & smiling, her epic cookouts, Love for Christmas and being extra during the holidays, she was firm and stood for Everything and everyone she loved and believed in & Most Of All is That "She DID IT HER WAY" always.

Diane was preceded in death by her Father Genie Gino Curry two Sisters Helen Keeling & Albertha Curry & Two Nephews Kramo Lavaun curry & Kamil David Curry.

Diane leaves to cherish memories with her mother Susan Lousie Curry, 3 children; Anthony Curry, Chanel Louise Curry, and Deonte Paul Curry, her companion of 20 Years, Alnesta 'Wally' Ollivierre, 3 sisters; Genie L Curry, Rebekah Curry and Sharon E. Curry, 3 brothers; Marteen Curry, Walter A. Curry and Lawaun J. Curry, sister-in-law Tara Register-Curry and brother-in-law Maceo Keeling, 2 half-sisters; Angela Mullins-Nowell & Tracy Mullins, 14 grandchildren; Dwayne Antoine Jones, Jalisa Navonn White, Janae Lissette Curry, Marcus Souza, Brianna Smith, Sahara Khi Curry, Deonte Paul Curry, Jr., Skyla Canari Flemon, Leilanie Nayarah Curry, Damari Lawaun Curry, Demontae Ameer Curry, Keneisha Flemon, 5 great grandchildren; Jamaree Jones, Anthony Thomas White, Jaylah Susanne Lopez, Derrick Jerome White, and Jazzlyn Jones, 7 godchildren and a host of nieces & nephews.
