Delores (Lores/Dee) Pugh was born on September 4, 1965, in Pinewood, South Carolina. The daughter of Mrs. Carrie (Jerry) Pugh-Johnson.  She made her peace on October 22, 2024.

Delores accepted Christ at an early age (St. John Baptist Church, Pinewood, SC) and continued in Christ (Western Avenue Baptist Church, Cambridge, MA). She received her education in the Public School System of Sumter County, South Carolina, graduating from Furman High School "Class of 1984."

She worked many years at "New England Life Insurance Company/MetLife" (Boston, MA) where she made many great friends who became family. She also worked on the "Spirit of Boston", "TD Garden" (Where she enjoyed watching the Boston Celtics games with her son), "Condon Elementary School" and "Necat Culinary School." Her most notable life accomplishment was giving birth to her son, her pride and joy, "Ty".

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving and devoted son, Tyrell Keone Pugh, Chelsea, MA. Two brothers:  Dana (Pamela) Pugh, and Issac Pugh, all of Pinewood, SC.  Also, two cousins raised as sisters Mrs. Shirley Richardson and Stacy Pugh all of Pinewood, SC. She was preceded in death by her sister Rebecca Pugh and brother Willie Lee Pugh.

Delores also left behind so many memories and shared moments with a host of nieces, nephews, Godchildren, other relatives, and great friends.  She also leaves a very special cousin, Willien Pugh (Boston, MA) who raised her as a daughter, and two close friends, Louisa Grant and Taihira Bryant (Boston, MA).
