It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Decima Baptiste (Jno Baptiste), a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. Born on November 28, 1966, in Castle Bruce, Dominica, she was the cherished daughter of Louisa and Marcus Jno Baptiste.
Decima leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and dedication to her family. She was the proud mother of:

· Alix Henderson Durand
· Delon Garvy Jno Finn
Her joy was multiplied through her beloved grandchildren: Troy Ethan Durand, Naleah (Laya) Bannis, Emrys Ardenoy, Kaz Jameson Durand, and Maely Ardenoy.

· Cousins: Members of the Christmas, Burkett, Jno Baptiste, Clarke, Wiltshire, Pierre, Austrie, Prevost, Talbert, Roberts, and Graham families
Decima's life was also enriched by her dearest friends, including Octavia Drigo, Keithroy Haynes, Joan Samuel, Kim Baptiste, Joseph and Gasper families, and her devoted friends and colleagues at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Decima loved to travel. She will always be remembered for her warm spirit, boundless generosity, and unwavering love for her family and friends. Her kindness touched countless lives, leaving behind a void that can never be filled, but also a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
