Colby Boyd was born November 3, 1967 in Boston Massachusetts. He was the last son of the late Jack Boyd and Estella Montgomery Boyd. He departed this life on June 13, 2025 in Boston, Massachusetts.

Colby attended English High School in Boston Massachusetts. After graduation he gained employment at Papa Gino's. He also worked for Greyhound body shop where he remained until he became disabled. He also volunteered his time helping people in the community when he was able.

Colby was a kind-hearted person who strived to do what was right in this world, he kept in touch with many of his relatives via phone calls as often as possible. Despite Colby's many health issues, he always kept a positive attitude, and was always honest.

Colby was preceded in death by his parents: Jack & Estella Boyd, as well as his oldest brother: Jack Dalton Boyd.

Mourning Colby's passing are: Reginald Boyd of Quincy, MA (brother), Elijia Boyd of Boston MA (Reginald's Son). Maria Beauford of Florida (sister). Michael Boyd & Johnny Boyd both of Florida (brothers) and a host of relatives and relatives.
