Charles Stuart Walker was born on September 14th, 1955, in Edinburgh, Scotland to Jacqueline and James "Chuckles" Walker. He passed peacefully in his sleep on March 2nd, 2024, in his beloved city of Boston. He is preceded in death by his younger sister Etoi Walker (d.1981.), his mother Jacqueline (d.2016), his father James (d.1968) and wife Debra (d.1991). He is survived by his older brother Jim Walker (wife Rosetta, daughter Cheyenne) and his only daughter Sara Etoi Walker (wife Lakendra).

Most of his life was spent in Roxbury and Mattapan; he loved the city (although sometimes he didn't!) and refused to live anywhere else. After coming back from overseas to the U.S., he enrolled and graduated in 1973 from Thayer Academy in Braintree.  After graduating high school, he attended Barrington College, where he met the love of his life Debbie. Charles knew she was the one as soon as he saw her and let everyone know it. After dating for some years, they wed on August 1st, 1981. Their daughter Sara was born February 13th, 1987.

Charlie was a lover of family and music. His favorite movies were Sci-Fi, chick flicks, and action. He knew everything one could know about Star Trek. He was well spoken and was an intellectual. He actually had more knowledge than the Encyclopedia and could recount history and facts from any time period. If you didn't know something, Charlie would make sure you knew the when, where and how.   Over the years, he started sending Sara his favorite albums and movies so she would always have a piece of him with her. Although his wife died young, Charlie always made sure Sara knew the type of woman she was and reminded her to "Always put Christ First."

He was such a romantic at heart, and his heart was full of God's love.  He exemplified everything that a God-fearing man is and loved Christ deeply. Even when things looked meek, Charlie would always say, "Everything is Copasetic!!" He trusted God that everything happens for a reason, and he had the most contagious smile. He would always tell his daughter, "You're pretty because your mom was pretty, and I'm pretty!"

We will all miss his joyous sense of humor that can never be replaced. Your soul is at rest now Charlie. How glorious it is to be reunited with your loved ones. We will always make sure to keep your memory alive. We love you.
