On February 9, 2026, God called home his good and faithful servant, Bertha Anne Hudson. Born in Clay County, Mississippi, to the late Isaac and Emma McKinney, Bertha was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and friend.

Bertha's love for children and community was unwavering. She worked at the Montessori School in Boston and Massachusetts General Hospital. Bertha was a devoted Deaconess, Secretary, and Treasurer for her church.
