Sheila Caroline "Vashti" Belgrave, age 80, of Brockton, formerly of Barbados, passed away May 16, 2017. Daughter of the late Oliver and Elfreida Sargeant. Loving mother of Ventrice Blackman (Recarlo) of Brockton, Kerr Belgrave (Jacqueline) of TX, Dr. Clyde Belgrave (Dr. Carolyn) of RI, Gene Belgrave (Vielca) of Brockton and Ian Belgrave (Michelle) of Brockton. Cherished sister of Thelma Ash of Brockton, Carol Hinkson of FL, Myrene Peters of MD and the late Kenwin Sargeant. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
