Phillip L. Epps, 66 of Randolph, October 12, 2019. Loving father of Danielle N. Epps of NJ. Dear brother of Michael C. (Gina) Epps and Diane L. Epps of NJ. Special uncle of Taylor Epps of NY and Raymond Larry Taylor, Jr. of NJ. Beloved companion of Robin E. Vaughan of Randolph. He is also survived by a loving host of other relatives and friends.
