Merle (Anderson) Merlin

Merle Merlin, was born on September 1, 1923 and transitioned on December 5, 2018 our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife and friend was born in Puerto Cortes, Honduras and was the youngest of maria Luisa Beckford and James Anderson.  She loved God, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her husband and friends.

Merle had an incredible sense of humor though warped at times.  She had so many wise sayings, confusion had nothing on her.  Merle enjoyed singing, gardening, crocheting (you should have seen all the beanies and dollies she made).  Merle enjoyed sharing and always paid it forward.  She shared her blessings with those less fortunate.  She loved to travel; mostly loved traveling back to her native land of Honduras.  She migrated from there to the USA, and became a resident of Boston, Massachusetts.

God blessed mom with 95 years of life on this earth.  God said to populate the earth and she did!!!  She was the proud mother of 12 children and that is one dozen.  Although our hearts are full of sorrow, we are grateful to have had her in our lives all these years, 95 years.  Go "95" R.I.P. mother, you will be missed.
