Mary L. (Durden) Owens

Mary L. Owens, 68 of Jamaica Plain, passed away unexpectedly on November 16, 2019.  Loving mother of Stephanie Durden, Samantha Durden and Emma (Aaron) McLean, II.  Dear grandmother of Troy Durden, Heather Durden, Janay Brantley, Jannell Barrett, Ashley McLean, Aaron McLean, III, Ashala McLean  and Ashton McLean.  Dear great-grandmother of Samyra Durden, Aidyn Durden and Brielle Tom.  Beloved sister of Eugenia Lewis, Ina (William) Peterson,Jr., Floretha (Vernon) Harper, Sr., Lilly (Robert) Hawkins, Shirley (Alfonzo) Rice, Sr., Johnnie Durden and Edward (Eula) Durden.  She is also survived by a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.  She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents Furman Durden and Emma Frances Durden.
