Charlotte M. Johnson was born on June 9, 1944 in Lexington, Kentucky. Daughter of Charles D. and Desdemona Ballard Mathis. She was a longtime member of Charles Street A.M.E. Church. Charlotte made her transition on May 13, 2019 at the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln, MA. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
