Dear brother of Betty Ann Milligan, Jimmy Milligan ,Nancy Matthews, Jimmy Milligan sister-in-law Ruthie Judge and brother-in-law Benny McNeil. Godfather of Francis Nance. He leaves 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
