Robert C. Abrams was born in Boston, MA on May 25, 1961 to Robert L. Abrams and Earlene Barnes Abrams. He attended the Davis A. Ellis Elementary School, Theodore Roosevelt Middle School and later onto Jamaica Plain High School. Despite his disability Robert was employed by Star Market in Somerville, MA. He had an opportunity to work at the State House during his Junior High School year, where he developed an interest for politics. This was a topic that he loved to discuss with his family and friends. Bobby loved sports and one of his favorite sport that he truly enjoyed was boxing. Known for his quick wit and his sense of humor he enjoyed making the family laugh.
Bobby was a strong and determined young man all through the years of his illness. He maintained a positive outlook on life despite his long battle with Epilepsy.
Loved by many and will be missed by all, he leaves to mourn a close family to include his father Robert L. Abrams, his mother Earlene Barnes Abrams, his sisters Diane Lewis and husband Kenneth Lewis, Debra Thompson and husband Vincent Thompson, brother Rodney Abrams. His niece Porsha Abrams, his uncle William and Patricia Barnes, his uncle Phil and Mamie Hughes of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Along with many cousins and friends.
