Dear step-mother of Kevin R. Sibley, Tanya Wisdom, Michael O. Sibley and Cynthia D. Williams. She is also survived by a loving host of 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 1 sister, 4 brothers, extended relatives and friends.
