Forrest Carlton "Chip" Ward of Boston May 23, 2015. Beloved husband of Karen Holmes Ward of Boston. Dear father of Adina Madden Isaac and her husband Tracy Isaac of Laurel, MD and Taylor Ross Ward of Framingham. Loving grandfather of Simone A. Isaac of Laurel, MD. Dear son of Eulah R. and James "Bud" Ward of Washington, DC. Beloved brother of Sterling A. Ward and his wife Denise of Washington, DC and the late Charles W. Ward. Uncle of James H. Ward, III and his wife Zonasha of Brooklyn, NY. He is survived by extended family and a host of friends. Memorial service Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11 AM at Roxbury Presbyterian Church, 328 Warren St., Roxbury.
