Catherine Buchanan, 98 of Boston, died on October 3, 2017. Wife of the late Maurice Buchanan, Sr. Beloved mother of Claudette Buchanan Earl (Gene), Huntley Buchanan (Lileith), Maurice Buchanan, Jr. (Carmel), Allen Buchanan (Marion), Annette Buchanan Booze (Paul), and Michelle Buchanan Villegas (Juan). Loving grandmother of Alisha Buchanan, Perry Hemmings, Howard Buchanan, Heather Ferguson, Jonathan David Buchanan, Kristopher Buchanan, Insiah Figueroa, Matthew Buchanan, Trevor Buchanan and Rachel Buchanan. Great-grandmother of Haarith Perry, Safiya Perry, and Dayla Buchanan. Dear sister of Rachel Williams. She is also survived by a loving host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her son George Buchanan and grandson Davin Ferguson.
