Ardenia Frances DeVaughn Jackson, 90 of Boston, died on March 13, 2017. Beloved mother of Mary Verdell DeVaughn. Devoted grandmother of Craig James Brooks. Dear sister of Olinzie Johnson, Ludie (Barbara Jefferson) DeVaughn and Dr. Booker (Dr. Elaine Haynes) DeVaughn. She is also survived by a loving host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives, church family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Booker T. and Petral (Jeter) DeVaughn, brothers; Cleophas and Luther, sisters; Velma, Eula, Julia and Edith.
